Hi Aditya, gaining some work experience and then going abroad for your masters degree is always a good idea. You are much more matured, confident and gain credibility. But firstly I think you should be sure about which specialisation you would like to pursue your masters in. Cost of Living abroad could be expensive and you might not have enough time to look for your desired job and might end up taking any job or coming back to India. Hence going abroad with a definitive plan of knowing your masters specialisation and some prior work experience is always a good idea.

Life of freezers is very difficult in the initial years of their career, since employing a fresher is an investment for companies to train them. Most companies would avoid recruiting a fresher, unless you have a strong academic background. It takes few years for freshers to look for jobs, gain experience and acquire employability skills. When you stay abroad, time is of essence due to the daily expenses of living while job hunting and due to this pressure you might take up any job in urgency, losing your long terms goal. If you have employability skills and work experience to back you, then the living expense pressure might ease off, making the job hunt less painful and take less time.
