Interviewer

Interviewers are the people who conduct interviews with candidates. They are responsible for asking questions, evaluating responses and making a decision on whether or not to hire the candidate.

Interviewers can be found in many fields, such as education, law enforcement, human resources and management. The interviewer’s role is to make an impartial assessment of the candidate's suitability for a position based on their qualifications and skills.

The interviewer will typically ask about a candidate's qualifications, experience and skills before deciding whether or not the person should be hired. Interviewers will also ask about what motivates them to work in that field or company.

This section talks about the job of a job interviewer. They are responsible for screening and evaluating candidates for jobs.

The interview process is usually a two-way conversation where the interviewer can ask questions and the candidate can answer them.

Interviewers are also responsible for conducting interviews in a manner that is fair, unbiased, and non-discriminatory.

An interviewer is a person who conducts interviews to find out more about an individual's background and qualifications. It is their responsibility to make sure that the interviewee is qualified for the job opening.

An interviewer's role in the recruitment process can be broadly categorized into three categories:

- Interviewing skills: This includes conducting questions, asking relevant follow-up questions, listening, and being polite

- Job knowledge: This includes knowing what companies are looking for in a candidate, what skills are required for a particular job, and how to conduct an interview

- Job duties: This includes preparing questions for the interviewer before each interview session, making sure that all questions are asked at appropriate time during the interview session

In India, the interviewer is considered to be the gatekeeper who decides whether or not a candidate is eligible for a job. This is because the government has made it mandatory for employers to carry out interviews before hiring an employee.

The role of an interviewer in India is a challenging one. They are expected to ensure that all candidates are eligible for the job before hiring them. This can be done by conducting multiple rounds of interviews and evaluating each candidate’s skills and experience.
